League of Legends in different language. Recently, I posted how to change language to Korean for non-Korean servers such as OCE or NA. It was due to my personal need because Riot has changed few things on 8.3 patch and previous patch method did not work anymore.
Many people had their client set to Korean in the old client, but with the change to the new client the option to simply change the locale file stopped working. Let me note that this is only for people who want the full change in language, not just sounds and voices (if you want that, there is a great program called LVOC that does all the work for you). There have been numerous posts about changing to other languages, but Korean was a standout, since none of the other ways worked. The way I found is slightly painstaking but if you truly want to change it, currently I would assume it is the only way.
Step 1: Download the Korean client (http://www.leagueoflegends.co.kr/?m=download) and install it along with all the patches.
Step 2: When everything is set up, go to your region's client's folder and locate the file 'system.yaml' on this path: C:Riot GamesLeague of LegendsRADSprojectsleague_clientreleasesnewest_versiondeploy. In this folder there should be a file called system.yaml. Open it and scroll down to where it says 'region_data:'. Locate your region and copy starting from 'rso_platform_id: XXX' to the next region/end.
Step 3: Using the same way of locating the 'system' file, do it in the Korean client's folder.
Step 4: Open the file and locate the 'region_data:' once more. Paste what you copied before in the same place (replacing rso_platform_id:XXX and everything forward until the next region/end.). Varying on the region, the 'system.yaml' file in the Korean client folder should look something like this: http://prntscr.com/h3uoiy.

Step 5: Save the file and open the client launcher in the folder. Log in with the username and password from your region and you should be able to log in without a problem.

Note that you must replace the 'system.yaml' file in the Korean client folder every patch so I suggest making a copy of it and saving it somewhere and just copying it in every patch.
